How long is your current lead time?

Every piece is handmade by Cate for you! Custom orders are currently shipping within 6 weeks of your order date. "Ready To Ship" items currently ship within 7-10 business days from your order date.

What is the status of my order?

You'll receive an automated email when your order is confirmed, and again once it ships out. If you'd like to check in on your purchase or have any questions, feel free to email us at maraboulingerie@gmail.com

Do you offer rush service on orders?

We do not offer any rush orders or expedited shipping.

Do you do custom sizing?

Marabou Lingerie does not offer custom sizing at this time. Please use our size chart and compare your measurements to the standardized sizes to choose the best fit for yourself. 
If your measurements do not fall within these standardized sizes, we are willing to make accommodations within reason. We want Marabou Lingerie to be available to all bodies! Please email us at maraboulingerie@gmail.com with any additional needs.

Can I choose my own fabric?

Most items have several fabric options to choose from! If you're interested in a specific piece in a fabric you do not see as an option, please reach out to us with any special requests.

Where do I list what fabric I want?

If there are too many fabric options available for a certain piece, customers should enter their fabric choice in the 'special instructions for seller' box located in your shopping cart before you begin the checkout process.

You can also email us your order number and fabric choice to maraboulingerie@gmail.com if needed.
